The Hospice License plate is a beautiful and thoughtful way to show others the importance of having quality end-of-life care, for every plate sold, $25 goes to help fund the continuance of significant end-of-life care programs and outreach.

Special Fee: $25.00 annual fee (plus registration fees)
Revenues go to the Florida end-of-life care program Fund.
