A State of Vision Florida Specialty License Plate
These are official legal state manufactured license plates
Funds are distributed to the Florida Association of Agencies Serving the Blind, Inc., to fund direct-support services to blind and visually impaired people. The Florida Association of Agencies Serving the Blind, Inc., retained all revenue from the annual use fees until all startup costs for developing and establishing the plates was recovered. Thereafter, up to 5% can be used for administrative costs and up to 20% for promotion and marketing of the specialty license plate. All remaining annual use fee revenue is used to fund its activities, programs, and projects within the state through its local nonprofit organizations’ direct-support services to blind and visually impaired people.

Special Fee: $25.00 annual fee (plus registration fees)
Revenues go to the Florida Association of Agencies Serving the Blind Fund.
